2026 Nashville Needlework Market Preorders!

Preorder Information:

The deadlines for all market preorders are in the product listing and on our calendar below. Ordering by the preorder deadline guarantees that we will come home with your items from Nashville so we can get your order as soon as possible.

If you place your preorder after that deadline we cannot guarantee that we will be able to bring your item home with us from Nashville so there may be a delay in sending your order when we return.

As always, if we expect any significant delays we will communicate that with you.

1.) In person pickup, which is always free.

2.) Items for shipping – This year we are excited to announce FREE SHIPPING for all Market Preorders! To simplify the process, we ask that you not combine Market preorder items with other in stock items. If non preorder items are combined, then the system will charge you shipping (which will be refunded) and your those items will be held until your Market preorders are ready to ship. As always, all preorder items will be held until your complete order has been received from the designers.
