Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within that time to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP – Is available at our shop in Roscoe. Our address is 11447 2nd St, Roscoe, IL 61073. Orders can be picked up during our normal business hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges, and estimated delivery time, for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer $5.49 flat rate shipping within the United States, certain exclusions apply, including some Lowery and Annie's Keepers products. They they are included in your order then your shipping will be calculated based on carrier rates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not currently offer any international shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bee Youtiful Sip and Stitchery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility of you, the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Exceptions: due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. Sale items may not be returned. We do not provide replacement packaging for products that are not otherwise damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at beeyoutifulsipandstitchery@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory.
