2025 Needlework Marketplace Preorders

We are very excited to be participating in the Needlework Marketplace this year! Needlework Marketplace is an online wholesale tradeshow that features products from over 100 exhibitors. Just like the Nashville Needlework Market, designers release their patterns before Market and we collect preorders for those. We will not be purchasing all patterns, or items, to stock in the shop, so if you want to be guaranteed an item, please preorder it.

 
New items are added to our website for preorder as we receive the releases from the designers, so be sure to check back often to see what is new! 

Each designer has their own preorder deadline which we have listed in their item, so please check each specific item for that deadline. 

 
You may order as many times as you like, all of your items will be compiled by us into a single order for pickup or shipping.

How Do You Get Your Preorder Items?

There are 2 ways to get your items from us.

1.) In person pickup, which is always free. 
2.) Items for shipping - We are excited to announce that we are offering FREE SHIPPING in the United States for all Needlework Marketplace preorders this year! You may combine other items with preorders, but please note that your order will be held until your preorders come in. All preorder items will be held until your order is complete. Once all items are received, your order will ship. Please let us know if you have any questions! :-)
