These intricately designed houses are heirlooms in the making!

To keep the village line affordable for stitchers, the mantel house kits do not include floss. They come with:

  • A color pattern
  • A list of required DMC colours and quantities, recommended number of strands and suggested needles
  • Assembly instructions
  • Sandpaper to ensure a perfect fit
  • A sweet little bottle brush tree for the front yard (sizes and colors vary)


These will ship in flat packs measuring 8 inches by 10 inches, meaning each kit fits easily in a Size 4 bubble mailer for your online orders.

1.) In person pickup, which is always free.

2.) Items for shipping – This year we are excited to announce FREE SHIPPING for all Marketplace Preorders! To simplify the process, we ask that you not combine Market preorder items with other in stock items. If non preorder items are combined, then the system will charge you shipping (which will be refunded) and your those items will be held until your Market preorders are ready to ship. As always, all preorder items will be held until your complete order has been received from the designers.
