What’s included?
Breakfast with a hotel stay (which is not required) and lunch (on Saturday and Sunday). Dinner is on your own. You will also receive a fully kitted project. You will choose 1 kit from 3 different kit options. The options will be a brand new pattern from the 2026 Nashville Needlework Market releases next year in a variety of styles! We will also have games, swag, special shopping times, and more!
The cost is $175.00
Hotel Information: Guest Rooms at the Home2 Suites are offered at a discounted rate for our group! We will share booking details once we receive your retreat registration. The hotel is located one block from I-90! Their pet-friendly suites feature a working wall, fully-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Breakfast and WiFi are included in your stay as well as access to the fitness center and indoor heated pool. A one king suite is $159 plus tax per night. Our room rate is available Thursday-Monday nights.
How do you register?
On Sunday September 14th at 7PM Central Standard Time, email us at beeyoutifulsipandstitchery@gmail.com with your name, phone number, mailing address and the email address you would like your invoice sent to (if different from the one you are emailing from), and your fabric choice (aida or linen). Because space is limited, and in an effort to be fair to everyone, please only include 1 name per email. Once your email is received, we will send out invoices for a $75 non-refundable deposit. We will reserve your spot for 48 hours, if the deposit has not been paid at that time, your spot will be released to anyone on our waiting list. The final payment of $100 will be due Monday January 12, 2026. The retreat fee is also nonrefundable. If we have a waiting list, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Transfers may not be made after kits choices have been made.
